Blackhawks vs. Red Wings game thread: Part 3

After 36 minutes of scoreless hockey, the Blackhawks and Red Wings traded goals 39 seconds apart. Hockey is fun, eh? Tomas Tatar opened the scoring off an awesome pass from Darren Helm, and Brandon Saad equalized shortly thereafter a nice pass from Marian Hossa freed him up in the neutral zone. Hossa was probably offsides on the play, but we won’t talk about that. Chicago controlled a lot of the play in the second as well, so more of that please.

Time to turn that puck dominance into a few more goals (and none for the Wings). Let’s take these two points.

Sound off on the third period below. Go ‘Hawks!
