Patrick Kane scored his ninth goal of the season, and Corey Crawford made 18 saves to help the Blackhawks beat the Rangers 4-1 on Thursday at the United Center.

Here’s the NCAA prospect slate for Friday:

No. 18 Northeastern (Ryan Shea) at UMass Lowell

No. 6 Providence at Boston (Chad Krys and Jake Wise)

No. 13 Princeton at No. 10 Penn State (Evan Barratt)

Michigan Tech at No. 14 Wisconsin (Josh Ess)

Omaha (Freddy Olofsson) at Arizona State

Michigan State at No. 8 Cornell (Beau Starrett)

Elsewhere in Chicago sports, the Bulls lost another player to a MCL sprain. This time it’s Bobby Portis. The Bulls look for back-to-back wins against the Hornets on Friday when they visit Charlotte.
