The Chicago Blackhawks scored three goals against reigning Hart and Vezina Trophy winner Carey Price in a 5:07 span of the first period and defeated the Montreal Canadiens 5-1 on Friday at Bell Centre. Ryan Garbutt, Garret Ross and Kyle Baun scored to give Chicago a 3-0 lead 13:48 into the first period.
The Hawks look to improve to 3-1 in preseason when they host the team from down south the I-55 at 7:30 p.m. at the United Center.
