Morning Bag Skate: Maple Leafs win 2016 Draft Lottery, Auston Matthews won’t be in the West

The Toronto Maple Leafs beat out the Winnipeg Jets to win the NHL Draft Lottery for the first overall pick to select Auston Matthews, which means the Hawks have avoided Matthews not only being in the Western Conference but in the Central Division.
